Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase choice, other than receiving a faulty item, & have not yet worn the items, washed or damaged them due to wear & tear, then only can items be returned within seven working days from the dispatched date. Items returned or exchanged need to be in their original condition, within their original packaging & including the original payment invoice & swing tag. A refund or exchange will be made to you once the returned items have arrived home & have been carefully inspected. Should you receive a faulty item please notify Khioma directly for advice before returning the items. If items are sent back & do not comply with what is mentioned here, you will be notified and the items will be returned to you at your own expense.
